Why should I use the Official Hotel Website for my booking?

We treat the personal information you provide to us as confidential and take reasonable steps, including standard industry safeguards to protection your personal information from accidental deletion or loss and unauthorized access, disclosure or modification. I don't have a credit card. Can I still book this hotel?

Yes, we accept payment by credit card as well as wire transfer. Please contact our reservation department for further information.

I have special requests regarding the room I have booked. Whom I should contact?

For any questions regarding your booking, please contact our reservation department by email We are able to arrange smoking/ non smoking rooms and will try to fulfill and other special request regarding the bedding or location of your rooms. However, special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

I have a food allergy or special dietary needs. Will there be any suitable food for me available at breakfast?

Our hotels cater to international guests and serve a variety of different food, including vegetarian and Halal dishes at the breakfast buffet. For any special request, please contact our guest relations with your details: We will try to arrange suitable food for you, however please note that some dishes come at an additional cost.

How can I arrange an airport pick-up?

Please contact our reservation department by email at least one day prior to your arrival and advise you flight number and the estimated arrival time. The charges for a one-way transfer from the airport to the hotel are as following:
Airport – Horizon Patong: THB 900 per car (max. 3 persons) / THB 1,200 per van (max. 8 persons)
Airport – Horizon Karon: THB 1,000 per car (max. 3 persons)/ THB 1,500 per van (max. 8 persons)

I consider staying at the Club Wing at Horizon Karon. Can you tell me, what is the difference to the other part of the hotel?

The Privilege Club Wing is an adult-only area and part of Horizon Karon Beach Resort & Spa. The minimum age of guests here is 18 years. It has its own pool area and a Lounge, which provides refreshments all day long. During the happy hour, complimentary light snacks and alcoholic drinks are served.

I am travelling with my children. Is there any additional charge to have them stay with me in my room?

Children under 2 years stay free and the hotel provides a baby cot at no additional cost.
Children from 2-11 years will be charged THB 265 per day if sharing the existing bedding with their parents. If an extra bed is required, the additional charge is THB 500 per night (including breakfast).
All families travelling with children receive 20% discount at the hotel restaurants and the spa. As part of our Family Promotion at Horizon Karon, children under 12 years stay & eat free, during 01 April – 31 October 2015. (max. 2 children per room)

Does the hotel provide babysitting service?

Yes, the hotel provides babysitting service in guestroom at an additional charge of THB 250 per child and per hour. Please contact our Front Desk at least one day in advance to request this service.
Our supervised Kids Club is open daily from 09.00am until 06.00pm for children from 4-12 years. The use of the Kids Club is free, however for some special activities there may be an additional charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the the package you have booked. You can find the details under terms & conditions next to the room rate or package.

Does the hotel provide Wi-Fi internet?

Free Wifi internet is available both in all public areas of the hotel and inside all guest rooms.

When is the best time for a holiday in Phuket?

Phuket is a year-round holiday destination with plenty of sunshine, a pleasant climate and temperatures ranging from warm to hot. During the High Season (December – March), it can get very crowded, as clear blue skies and cooler temperatures attract many visitors. The Thai New Year (Songkran) in mid-April is considered the beginning of the rainy season. There is still plenty of sunshine during this time of the year, mixed with occasional showers and thunderstorms. Phuket’s beaches get more peaceful, but monsoon winds can make swimming dangerous on some days.

At what time can I check-in?

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Should you arrive early, please let us know in advance and we will try to arrange for an early check-in. However, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Does the hotel require a deposit to be paid upon arrival?

For your convenience, all expenses that occur during your stay at the hotel can be paid on departure. In order to provide this service, the hotel requires a deposit from every guest on arrival. This fee can be paid in cash (THB 2,000 per room per stay) and will be refunded during the settlement of your final bill. Alternatively, you can provide your credit card details to the Front Cashier.

Are there parking spaces available at the hotel?

Hotel guests can park their vehicles at the hotel's own car park. Parking is available free of charge, but the space is limited.
