Our 4-star beach resort offers a wide range of facilities - Children just love our Kids Club “Jack & Jill” with its exciting activities. Our Fitness Centre has all guests will need to enjoy an invigorating workout while on holiday. The swimming pools are a great place to unwind and true relaxation can be found during a Massage by the pool. Our Shuttle Service brings guests to famous Patong Beach to discover its vibrant entertainment & nightlife.
Swimming Pools & Pool Side Facilities
The resort features 3 large Swimming pools, 2 are located at the Horizon Wing and are available for all hotel guests. A separate baby pool is set up for small children to play. One large swimming pool is located at the Club Wing for the exclusive use of Club Wing guests only.
Sun chairs are available free of charge and pool towels are provided in every room.
Our Swim-up pool bars are serving delicious light snacks & refreshments. The relaxing atmosphere creates a great drinking experience and our wide variety of tropical cocktails and Soft drinks will surely impress. Service is available daily between 11a.m. and 8 p.m.
Pool side massage is available at our Spa Hut daily between 09 a.m. and 06 p.m.
Kids Club “Jack & Jill”
Leave your kids with us & we will make them feel at home. Open daily from 09 a.m. until 06 p.m., our experienced staff will supervise daily changing activities such as watching cartoon movies, playing with toys or at the playground, sculpture painting and many more. Children are guaranteed to be kept active, while being given the opportunity to experience new activities in a safe environment. The age group for all programs is 4-12 years; younger children must be accompanied by an adult. The Kids Club has an air-conditioned indoor play rooms as well as an outdoor playground.
Fitness Centre
"Pulse" - Our Fitness Centre has all guests will need to enjoy an invigorating workout while on holiday. The centre contains a multipurpose gym, cardiovascular equipments & weights. Open daily from 06 a.m. until 08 p.m.
X-Zone Games Lounge
Located at the basement of the lobby building, this air-conditioned lounge is equipped with an exclusive bar and snooker tables. Our separate games room features coin operated game machines like car racing, shooting machine & play station games. Open Daily from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m..
Business Centre & Internet
The Hotel offers guests 24 hours Business Services at the Front Desk to cater to your basic business needs such as faxing & printing. Computers and Internet facilities are located at Orchid Lounge as well as at the Privilege Club Lounge. WIFI Internet connection is available in all public areas and guest rooms.
Mini Mart
Located at the basement of the lobby building, the mini mart is stocked with daily needs such as drinking water, soft drinks & alcoholic drinks, snacks, chocolates, post cards, casual wears, gifts & souvenirs at a very nominal price. Open daily from 11 a.m. until 08 p.m.
Shuttle Bus Service
The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus service for all hotel guests between its resorts at Karon Beach and Patong Beach daily at regular intervals.
